Prester foods Inc. was incorporated in April 2017 and is managed by Angela Oladiwura, who has a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (hons), and a master degree in Petroleum Engineering.

She worked in the Oil & Gas sector for over 10 years in the U.K and left her most recent role as a Senior Reservoir Engineer before delving into the Food and Beverage industry after a personal experience of gestational diabetes during pregnancy and her family predisposition to the chronic disease.

The company has worked with subject matter experts in medicine, agriculture, & food science and has created innovative products (patent pending) to address issues surrounding glucose and gluten intolerance as well as obesity. Her sister Dr. Dilys Oladiwura is the medical director of the company.
